    Hi,
I just realized that the unload language is reflected to the front-end even if I’m not logged in or test in another browser.

In my case I have testet the default Archive template page with the archive title element which renders as prefix the context. I have my site language on German and as long the unload language is active, no matter what, the prefix stays in English.

As soon I deactivate it, it correctly displays in German, for search: “Suchergebnisse für:”…

Would be nice if you can look into it and fix it.

    Thannks

Thank you for your great feedback!
You are right, the current feature implementation is that way.
This feature was added as little bonus to help some users in the multilingual space – but from what I hear more and more it turns out to be really popular… ??

I will make a new update soon which will restrict the unloading to logged-in users only – and, I will provide a filter to change this behavior for custom use cases.

When version 1.4.0 drops early next year I will add settings on the settings page for this also (this only possible with 1.4.0 as I currently add a lot of stuff for this new major version).

Expect a v1.3.9 sometime next week with the restriction added, plus there will be a few more other tweaks and additions coming too.

Thanks again for your feedback, really appreciate it!

Version 1.3.9 of the plugin was just released

Translation unloading now is limited to logged-in users and only admins (capability ‘manage_options’) for now.

This capability can be filtered so it could also be any other cap if you want. Here is a code snippet as an example (from plugin’s docs): https://toolbarextras.com/docs/custom-capability-for-unloading-translations/

In a future version of the plugin (maybe v1.4.0+) I plan on adding a setting for that.

    Have a great time ??
