Hello,
2 days ago I updated Elementor to his last version and I forgot to make a backup of the website.

Right after the update my website went down with the screen “There’s a critical error on your website” on a white page.

I’ve tried to deactivate every plugin and activate them one by one.
The problem I found is between Elementor plugin and WooCommerce plugin, making the website crash when they are BOTH activated.
If I activate only 1, it’s working.

ATM only Elementor is active because i need to have the website online, and I’ve put a “maintenance page” on the woocommerce pages.

How can i solve?

Have you enable logs to see the error?

You can update the memory to 512mb and see if the issue still arises or try a plugin called disable woocommerce bloat.

Upping the memory will most likely fix the issue.

The problem wasn’t WooCommerce I discovered but shopengine

Also, I suggest you increase the memory to 512MB, 256MB is most likely insufficent.

Yes it’s shopengine.

I can’t increase to 512M because of aruba.
