Elementor website from .com to .org

  • I have been tasked to move a wordpress.com website running the Hello Elementor theme using Elementor Pro plugin from .com to self hosted.

    I’ve migrated many WordPress sites, but only self hosted to self hosted and hence usually have full access to the database and files.

    Is there a preferred way to export and import all of the plugins, their config, theme and theme config and page content (built with elementor) from .com to .org?
