    I created a payment page using the Better Payment widget on Elementor. Stripe keys have been entered and live mode is disabled on the widget. After making payment with test card on Stripe, the page redirects back to a blank page, I didn’t receive any email, and the transaction is shown as incomplete in my dashboard. Please advise on this!

    Regarding your query, For further investigation, I need to check the settings of your BetterPayment and the widget.     Also, it will be great if you can let me know the page structure of the test payment page as I am seeing payment is the parent page of the test payment but didn’t find any page when I tried to access https://pletoura.com/payment.

    Keep in mind I haven’t set up PayPal so it doesn’t work, but Stripe should work.

    The Test Payment page is on its own as a custom post type, that’s why you don’t see anything in https://pletoura.com/payment as I did not set up a page there.

    Greetings. Thanks for your reply. Hope you are doing well.

    As you mentioned above I create a custom post type named Payment and under that I created a post using Elementor named Test Payment and use BetterPayment form there with re redirection URL. This works for me correctly. For reference please check this screenshot – https://d.pr/v/V1wBvS

    As you are still facing the issue I would like to suggest you to create a new page on Pages (not in custom post type) and drag and drop the BetterPayment form there without changing any settings from BetterPayment and put the redirection link on Success Message and check in a incognito/private mode on browser. Please let me know if this works for you or not. Also you can try to change the redirection page URL form the previous one.

    Thanks for the help! I realized that my plugin version was still 0.0.4, which is without the custom redirection. After updating, I was able to enter it and it works now.

    But it still doesn’t email the customer, I’m not sure if it’s because it is still a test environment? My Elementor widget has Email Settings filled for Customer, but not in the dashboard version, I’m not sure if that matters too.

    Also, I noticed that in my Stripe account, the status for the test payments are say Success, but in Better Payment plugin it’s still Incomplete:

    Regarding your query, I would like to suggest you to check the form submission with Strip without using the redirection URL and let me know if your are seeing complete status for the transection on BetterPayment transection dashboard.

    Regarding your issue, Our Dev Team fix the payment status issue in Dev Version. I would like to suggest you download the plugin Dev Version from here and install it manually on your website, check and let me know how it goes. Hope this will solve your issue.

    Also for your email sending issue, I would like to suggest you to set up the email settings correctly and if your user still not getting the email please use WP Mail SMTP plugin and configure this correctly. Hope your email issue will be solved as well.

    Thanks for getting back with a fix. I have uploaded and activated the plugin which you sent, and after submitting a test payment, I see it as complete now! I have also successfully received the email although I didn’t do anything. Maybe because it is marked as complete.

    Is there a way to remove the test transactions? I am able to clear them in Stripe, but not in WP dashboard.

    Regarding your another query, currently the option to delete the transections from WordPress Dashboard is unavailable. But we have this option in our task list. Hope this feature will be added in future release.
