  • In the same line, I have trouble trying to get my animations to work. in the front end. I read threads that the issue had been fixed somewhere in version 3.0 and up but I have tried a few versions and I still have the same problem. When I roll back to any version of 2.5 it works just fine but the page builder fails to load.

    So I’m in a mess trying to build with updated version and run with older version. Please suggest a quick fix if any.

    By the way as a long time user I really appreciate the work you guys are doing.

    @cellcy
    Please do not jump into other topics and detract from their problem. If the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the Forum FAQ, please post your own topic. A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of getting the assistance you want. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.

    I got your point @tobifjellner. I noticed the topic “Elementor Widgets not working” and have been to the forum as well to confirm that it is conflict with other scripts getting in the way of Elementor, before posting here.

    I’d also done what you just recommended before and was told I should not have created a new topic/thread since a similar one existed. In this case we just posted 8 mins away from each other. So thanks for your feedback again but it could have been a little better if you gave me something in the end.
