elementor with Akismet

    i have installed elementor pro on my webiste. also i installed Akismet spam protection plugin, but akismet option are not available on elementor form widget. i am reading this blog https://elementor.com/help/block-spam-messages-from-forms/ to protect my form from spamming. i already made a form before installing the akismet, also i made a new form after installing akismet. on both form akismet option are not visible in my case.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

    In this case, kindly be advised that the Akismet integration features will appear on the Elementor Form(s) once you connect your account and set an API key on your site via the Akismet plugin.
    Once you established an API key, go to the Page/Post where your form(s) is(are), and you’ll see a new Akismet Section under the Content tab from the Form(s).

    I hope this can help you.
    If you have already connected an API Key, try removing/re-adding this on the Akismet plugin. You could also try disabling/renabling the Akismet and/or the Elementor plugins.

    I’ve installed Akismet and I’m not seeing the option when I created an Elementor form.

    I’ve disabled/re-enabled the plugin. Cleared cache.

    nothing seems to help. I’m using the paid version of Akismet.

    I confirm that this is also not working on my site.

    • Elementor Pro
    • Askimet set up with API key
    • no Akismet fields visible on the Elementor form

    Uninstalled, reinstalled Akismet, no change.

    Same happens to me. Everything is updated, paid versions and Akismet set up with API key.

    How was this resolved? I keep getting spam messages in my forms.
