Elementor wont load – have tried to trouble shoot

    Hi
    I do updates a couple of times a week and so I know Elementor was working on Monday

    It now won’t load and so I can’t update any pages / posts / HTML blocks etc. Or make any new. This is very frustrating.

    I have tried the trouble shoot and nothing works.

    My host is siteground and they have a message on their page about Elementor Pro, but I don’t have the pro version. They suggest that you will be updating but with no time line.

    When will this be fixed?

    @amyskea Please do not create duplicate topics. I have archived your new one.

    These forums are 100% volunteer staffed and that includes the Elementor plugin support. When you create duplicate topics it makes it harder on volunteers to support you.

    I did not realise this was by volunteers. Thank you for your time in doing this.

    How do I direct my questions to someone at Elementor? On their page, I just get the trouble shooting guide. Do they even know that the latest update has caused problems?

    I followed everything

    I put my site into maintenance and then deactivated every plugin except woo commerce and elememtor, and re-activated them, slowly but it still didn’t work,
    so I deactivated elementor and reactivated it, this worked.

    The simple solutions are the least likely to work. I have not had any problems and do regulare updated (and clear cache etc) and this happened after the update last week.
