elementor/woocommerce shop page wont display correctly

    hi, can’t seem to get support from elementor. My shop page with elementor and woocommerce doesn’t display correctly. i have followed elemntors tips to fix issue such as: deactivating plugins, changing themes, updating all plugins and theme, updating all my urls and more. problems still remains. how can i fix this isuee?

    another question, why can’t i see all the elementor templates i have created for my shoppage on woocommerce shop page categories?

  • Can you highlight what is not showing correctly for you? Furthermore, this shop page is created from your theme templates. It is the Astra theme that controllers the preview and layout:?https://prnt.sc/gBOShZtou3XE

    Elementor is not part of the content on the shop page. You will need to forward these concerns to Astra theme support.

    For the second question about templates, Elementor Templates are located under Templates > Saved Templates. Free users have the capability to create Sections, Pages, and Landing Pages. Elementor Woocommerce templates are part of Theme Builder, which is a Pro feature.
