[Elementor/Customizr] Image row animation only works in admin live edit preview

  • I have read the documentation and checked the FAQ.
    I am using the current Elementor version 0.9.3 with Addon Widgets and Templater helper plugins.
    I deactivated ALL plugins (including elementor itself) and animations did not work.
    I do not have a caching plugin installed.
    I changed the theme to TwentySixteen — and everything works.

    So, somewhere or other, there’s a likely conflict being caused by the Customizr theme. I searched, but have not located any incompatibility references. Unfortunately, the Customizr people make getting support for their free version difficult, seemingly as a way to stimulate sales of their Pro version.

    The solution is to replace Customizr unless someone has encountered this issue recently.

    We have checked it with Customizr theme, and the animation seems to work fine.
    Which browser do you use?

    I designed this page as per Elementor tutorial on youtube. Now, the issue is, whenever I go live with “Elementor FullWidth Standard” template, none of the images in my webpage gets displayed. The moment I switch to “Default” template, these images appear. And currently, I have kept my page on Default template so that at least the page looks normal. I am using WordPress 4.7.3 running Customizr theme version 3.5.11.

    Do you have any clue, as Team Elementor (@boazpojo) didn’t respond yet, although I being a Pro member, and it’s more than 24 hours that I requested them to check the issue over support ticket ?? I hope they give a kind read to my issue!

    I am having trouble remembering the details, but it ended up being an animation setting for each of the images and I remember only that it was an odd setting, something about shadows. Experiment with the individual image settings having to do with image shadows. I apologize for not being able to remember more.
