Hello, this error often indicates that your honsting resources are at their limit. Wait for some time or if you can upload your phone resources it may fix the problem.
Having the same issue, the page loads, but the left sidebar wuith the elements doesn’t fully load. The Safe Modus allows me to work with the elements without a problem.
@publideas Can you be more specific what resources are at their limit? What needs to be changed?-

TheGentAtWPforum.
bandwidth consumption, storage, type of server you have, processor, processing cores etc etc
Sorry, but in my case that is all working perfectly; that is no real explanation for the editor not to load.
Hello Elementor Support
I am also having troubles loading Elementor items on the left side, the wheel is just turning. I have upgraded the PHP memory limit to 256m, but this did not resolve the issue. I am using Elementor and Elementor pro and the Hello Elementor Theme. I would also be happy if you could resove this issue. The page I need help with is https://humaniadesign.ch.

Same here. Since the last update (Elementor 3.26.4 and Pro 3.26.3 on WordPress 6.7.1 with Elementor Hello Version: 3.2.1 and Hello Child Theme Version: 2.0.0) editing or creating pages and articles with Elementor is not possible; white page while loading and loading and loading to no result.
Also in the WordPress dashboard sections like “Theme Builder” or “Kits” load and load with no result, while other navigation points like “Popups” or any other sections that rely on the WordPress content to display Elementor options work without any problem.
Interim “Solution” (for me)
Just tested it on different browsers.
For me the backend behavior mentioned above happens on Microsoft Edge (131.0.2903.147, x86_64).
Switched to Vivaldi (7.0.3495.29, x86_64) – no problem.
Not sure if this is the case for the others here. But @elementor Team: Maybe you can have a look at this nonetheless – not sure if it’s “just” affecting the backend parts or the frontend sections as well. For the time being using Vivaldi as browser for editing is a workaround for me. However, if it also occurs in the front-end output, fixing this phenomenon is crucial.

Ronny Dohmen. Reason: Added a somewhat "interim solution" with using a different browser to edit. However, this cannot be expected of visitors of websites
@cthulhu1976 have you tried an activated safe mode (Elementor > Tools) before editing? at least that allows me to change content on pages.
Hi there,
Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features
Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:
- Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this.
- Inline Font Icons?– This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance
I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Kind regards,
Hi @miloss84
Thank you for the fast response!
No, deactivating the performance features didn’t work, still only the rotating circle, I’m afraid.
But I deactivated “Elementor Addons, Widgets and Enhancements – Stax” by https://staxwp.com/ and the elements are available again. I’ll adress this on their forum page as well, but would be great if you’d still consider looking into this and make both plugins work together.
Thank you.Hi all,
I can update my pages in safe mode. I checked for plugin conflicts and I have a conflict with Rank Math pro. I have deactivated the plugin and now it works again.
Best regard, Beatrice
