    I am using Woodmart theme with WordPress. I have used Woocommerce shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] and the My Account page is displaying without any issues.

    But the issue is other elements inside My Account page (such as Orders,Downloads,Addresses,Account Details & logout) are not responding (both sidebar options & the drop-down ones). When I click these,it just refreshes the My Account page (but respective URL with corresponding Endpoints appear in URL tab)

    Please help me to sort this out.I tried almost everything but nothing is working.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with the elements within the My Account page.

    This could possibly be caused by a theme/plugin conflict, and would recommend performing a full conflict test to rule this out by doing the following:

    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Check the My Account page to see if the issue is still present.

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

    You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers by using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If the conflict test makes no difference, then please share a copy of your site’s System Status, which you can find via?WooCommerce?>?Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support, and then share your results in your response here.

    I understand you are having issues with your “My Account” page.

    Firstly, could you check if you’ve set the “My Account” page under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced?

    On the same page, you’ll find “Account endpoints” – these should be unique and not blank.

    Next, you could check the browser console to see if there are any JavaScript errors from your theme or plugins.

    We have a guide on How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts, you can try following that to rule out the possibility of a theme or plugin conflict.
