Elements missing on WPBakery after theme change!

I have put a clients site on a staging platform in order to change their theme for them, but now have a whole range of ND Shortcode elements in the builder missing or different! This means their site is just a mess of code, rather than how they want it… And I have no idea how to simply and easily fix it for them…!
