Elements.php critical error

  • Hey guys and girls I need some help! I’m not an expert but I have some understanding of how to use WP. This however is over my head!

    I am getting a critical error.

    I have so far tried

    – ensures plugins, themes and WP is upto date
    – tried a default theme
    – cached pages
    – deactivated all plugins except Elementor

    I am still getting this critical error. I used query monitor to get this.

    I will add I don’t have elementor activated so my page is ok at present but I want elementor for some better looking pages and my theme supports it ??

    Hi,

    Have you tried to delete Elementor and reinstall the latest version?

    *make sure you perform a backup before taking this action.

    Hey David,

    I think a moment ago I figured out this was a theme issue so I have gone back to the developers so they can confirm, thanks!
