Hi
Please note that we can provide support by using a lot of third-party plugins wiht elementor we can’t confirm which third party code is affecting this we can only provide some recommendations:
It’s possible that the client logo section or any section with sliding features may appear out of canvas if it’s not properly configured. Here are some steps that you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check if your Elementor and its add-ons are up-to-date: Make sure you have the latest version of Elementor, ElementsKit Lite, and Essential Addons for Elementor installed on your website.
- Adjust the section size: Go to the section’s settings and check the height and width settings. You can try increasing the section’s width to accommodate the logos/testimonials.
- Check the column structure: The logos/testimonials might be appearing out of canvas due to an incorrect column structure. Make sure that the number of columns and their width is appropriate for the content you’re trying to display.
- Adjust the margins/padding: Adjusting the margins and padding of the section can help to align the content properly.
- Disable CSS/JS optimization: If you’re using any caching or optimization plugins, try disabling them temporarily to see if they’re causing the issue.
- Try a different section/template: If the above steps don’t work, try using a different section/template that doesn’t have any sliding features to see if it’s a problem with the specific section or a more general issue.
at the end you can try to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and then update to the newest version If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features
Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:
- Optimized DOM Output -This experiment is designed to improve performance by decreasing the number of wrapper elements present in the HTML generated by Elementor.
- Improved Asset Loading – Should improve page speed by only loading the functionalities needed by that page. This experiment reduces the amount of code loaded by default, which translates to significantly faster page load times and better page speed scores.
- Improved CSS Loading – An experiment that only loads the CSS of widgets on a page once, in order to prevent multiple requests to the server. With this experiment, CSS files are loaded as inline style tags.
- Inline Font Icons – This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance
