ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price

  • Good day, I had to install ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price to add an option to potential clients to add their own amount to pay over for certain options. Once I uploaded it, it worked for a few days, but as soon as wordpress / woocommerce do a update the ‘name your price’ is deactivated and no matter what I do I can just not get it to work again. How do I resolve this issue once and for all?

  • Hi,

    I believe something conflicted with that plugin, which WooCommerce forcing that to be deactivated to keep the integrity of your site. It’s either depreciated hooks which can no longer supported.

    hey all, now that the problem with ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price was fixed all my other product that displays their own prices does not allow my customers to proceed to payments on all my other product you do not have an option to add your own price. i receive the following message if trying to pay:

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    how do i now resolve this issue without braking the name your price products?
