    I’ve just about finished setting up my blog with the Customizr theme, but there’s still a problem. When I click on the title of a blog post, I am — of course — taken to the page with that post. At the bottom of that page and all other blog entry pages, there is an “About” box with the same text as I’ve entered into the About Me page I had already set up. It also has a silhouette where I assume a photo is supposed to be added. Here’s a link to one of the pages so you can see what I mean.

    Since I have an About Me page, I’d like to get rid of these boxes, but I can’t find a way to do so. Can anyone help with this?

    Thanks!

  • Appearance -> Customize -> Content: home, posts .. -> Post metas (..)
    scroll down till you see: Display the author

    uncheck it.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for your reply, d4z_c0nf, but I already had that unchecked. I even tried checking it, saving, and then unchecking and saving again, but I still have that pesky About box on all post pages. ??

    Oh sorry, this looks like a bug.
    For the moment, hide it with css:

    .post footer.entry-meta {
    display: none;
    }

    Hope this helps, this time ??

    Sorry to be dense, but I know nothing about css. Where do I put that?

    Thanks!

    Ah, np.
    Appearance -> Customize -> Advanced Options -> Custom Css
    copy the code above and put it in the box ??
