I know the question may semm a bit silly, but I just discovered the plugin and it could help me in a website I am managing on behalf of a friend of mine.

She has a tennis club and she need a way people to enrol in tournaments.
Currently I am using Contact forms and CF7DB, but given only these plugins, I can’t add some feature she asked me for: automatically close submissions on a certain date or limit submission to certain numbers of enrolled users.

Easy registration forms has these two features and it’s great, except I want to get rid of the password field in the registration form because users aren’t expected to register, theuy only have to fill their contact data and submit those information.

Of course I know the plugin was created in order for users to register to website, but I want to know if it’s possible to tweak it a little bit in order to accomodate my needs.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello @tbt43pn,

Yes, you can create a Contact form with ERF, it gives the option to choose the type of the form you want on the basis of your requirement:
    a. Registration
    b. Contact

As per your requirement, you need a Contact type form but you are using a Registration type form.
    To create a contact form:
    1. Go to All Forms page
    2. Click on Add New From
    3. From the pop-up give the form an appropriate name and from the radio option, choose the Contact/Other Form
    4. Click on save.

Using Contact/Other Form, you will get rid of the password field, and also users will not be created on your WordPress site.
