    In pagespeed insight I observed that Render blocking Slowdown my site by 1900ms. Plz help me in fixing it.

    for CSS have a look at “inline & defer CSS”, more info in the AO FAQ

    For jQuery you could try to remove js/jquery/jquery.js from the Autoptimize exclusion JS field and test extensively to see nothing breaks.
