Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

I am getting error “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content” while checking my website https://www.webburr.com with Google Page speed test.
After checking the error carefully, i observed that only 2 CSS file is having this problem and JS files are working fine. (NO js file is shown under this error).
May be because i had selected under Minify >>> JS
Select Minify embed type “Non-blocking using “async”
but CSS not have this option.
Can we do something with W3 Total Cache for this problem??
