Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Like the title says I’m having troubles with removing the JS render-blocking scripts from my site.

info: Last wp update, using cherry framework and his child theme, and i’m having trouble with removing the render blocking js from my site (according to Google page speed). I’ve tried the auto mode of W3TC and still got 6 js files and 4 css files blocking my render. On manual mode I’ve tried adding the js in the same order as Google page speed and got no success (most of my js functions stops working) (i have 2 js files in header and 32 in body), tried all the options (non-blocking as js, async, def, etc) , still failed. I’ve checked and the order given by Google is the same as what i have in the page source. I’ve already lost 2-3 days on this, and still no success… does anyone who used this framework got some success with optimizing it for Google Page Speed? Or anyone who can share an opinion? I am out of ideas.
