Hi all!
Help me please with EM+WPML tandem plus plugin “Events Manager and WPML Compatibility”.
“calendar” – this is the page for events archive on my site and it is specified in the EM settings.
On main language the dates archive page (site.com/calendar/2019-09-17) work well, but the dates page does not work in the secondary language (site.com/en/calendar/2019-09-17) – there is a redirect on main archive page (site.com/en/calendar).
Where’s the problem?

EM ver. 5.9.5
WPML Multilingual CMS ver. 4.2.8

Hello,

Could you perhaps send us a working link for both languages? This way We could properly check the page.

Please make sure that you have properly set the Date/Time Settings under Events > Settings > Formatting.

Main lang:
(good) https://makewebnotwar.ru/man/calendar/
(good) https://makewebnotwar.ru/man/calendar/2019-09-20/

Secondary lang:
(good) https://makewebnotwar.ru/man/en/calendar/
(not good) https://makewebnotwar.ru/man/en/calendar/2019-09-20/

For view a calendar (which is displayed by the shortcode) and select a date press “select date”.

But if in WPML settings disable the translating of post type “page”, dates on secondary languages work..

Hello,

The reason other events are not showing from other language is probably because those events are not translated? You could check your events and make sure that they are translated to that language.

No, events and their translation to other language – that’s not the problem.

The problem is that the link other language with events date (https://makewebnotwar.ru/man/en/calendar/2019-09-20/) does not work, while the link on the main language (https://makewebnotwar.ru/man/calendar/2019-09-20/) works correctly.

Hi!
Unfortunately not. This link: https://makewebnotwar.ru/man/en/calendar/2019-09-20/ takes redirect to the main calendar page (https://makewebnotwar.ru/man/en/calendar), but this should open this date (just as it happens in the main language).

Sorry for the late reply. I tried to set-up a similar set-up on my local machine and the Calendar pages are translating properly.

I’m rechecking the links again and it seems like the events are removed?

Just to make sure that it’s not a plugin conflict or theme conflict. Can you perhaps Install https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-safe-mode/ When you activated safe mode, Under enabled plugin please select EM, EM Pro, WPML, EM-WPML Compatibility.

If you’re also using EM Pro, Could you perhaps submit the same issue on our Pro Support forum so We could help you better.
