Email

I set up the subscribe option and the only option is WP mail which is fine however, when I receive a notification that someone signed up it is basically HMTL and no actual email address shows up… I want to know how to 1. Fix that and/or 2. How do I retrieve those emails? I don’t want to have a bunch of people subscribe that I can never connect with or reach out.
