Email about new notification stopped working

Hi,
We just migrated from one hosting service (WPEngine) to another (Cloudways) and suddenly email notifications stopped working. We have other email integration that still works, it is only the emails from better messages plugin that stopped. Do you know why that is? Where is the “from” email set, can it be that it was changed?
