Email Actions Not Working

  • I Use Ninja Forms to receive applications here: https://www.aviatainc.com/job/full-stack-software-engineer-albuquerque/

    I have two email actions set up, and they were working a few months ago. Somewhere along the way, they have stopped working, and I haven’t been able to figure out why.

    1) Email to Admin: I have an email set up to notify the admin that an application has been received. It’s an HTML email that includes all formatted field submissions.

    2) Email to User: Another email is set up to confirm that the form has been submitted. It contains a simple thank you message.

    Neither of the email actions are currently working. I’ve tried sending and receiving from different names, to different email accounts in different domains, and have even tried re-adding the actions. Nothing works. Any ideas?

  • Hello! Thanks for using Ninja Forms. This is not an issue related to the plugin itself, but rather the server sending out e-mails. I would suggest you to use Mandrill to send out the e-mails. FYI, it is free.

    leave the from address empty it will auto populate itself and make sure that FROM and TO are not they same email address

    Some web hosts will reject e-mails sent “TO” and “FROM” the same e-mail address…so if your “From email” in your form settings is the same as your “Admin email,” or you are using the same email to test your forms that you have set up for the “From email” and are not receiving a message,”

    i have the same issue and i finally resolve it.hope this helps
