Email added even if unchecked

  • Hi
    I’m trying to use this plugin with woocommerce, but the client email is added to the list even if the check box is uncheck. I’ve been trying the double opt-in options, I don’t even receive the confirmation e-mail.

    any ideas?

  • I confirm that the email is added regardless of the opt-in checkbox.

    Would the Sendinblue team please confirm and release a fix?

    Hi

    It seems the MA script was working.
    Maybe the contacts would be added to the “identified_contacts” list instead of target lists.
    This plugin help clients to collect all customers in specific list ( “identified_contacts” ) by using MA script.
    So the contacts could be added to the “identified_contacts” list.
    This feature is not related with subscribe option.
    If the customer check opt-in checkbox, then this customer will be added to the expected lists with several attributes. but if not, then the customer won’t be added to the expected list, but to the “identified_list” with only email address.
    So you can track all of your customers through “identified_contacts” list.
