    I would like to be able to send a message to another person (not the ticket creator) within a ticket and I haven’t been able to find a way / add-on to let me do it but I thought I should ask.

    Essentially, User A creates a ticket via email to the support email address and a ticket is created.
    Agent 1 wants to confirm something with user A’s manager and so needs to email user B but wants to keep it in the ticket.

    Is there a way to do that?
