email address and from field

    I have updated the ‘from email’ and ‘from email’ in my settings but confirmation emails are still coming from the wordpress default email. Is there something else I need to change?

    Hi @stephaniefilip

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. I’ve tried this out, and it works as intended.

    Do you have any other plugins that may offer SMTP functionality of some sort?

    The test I tried out was the following:

    1. Change the From Email and From Name under the Email settings tab in Paid Memberships Pro.
    2. Edited a user’s level and selected the ‘Send the user an email about this change’ checkbox.
    3. The email received in my mail logging software showed the changes in step 1.
