It looks like the email address field has suddenly disappeared from the checkout page, correct?

Can you please share the following so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment, and any errors possibly being produced:

• System Status Report: you can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
• Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Hey! Heres the info. Also note that I was running php 7.4 when the issue started. When I updated to the most current payment processor plugin I then had to update php to 8.0 or higher so I changed it to 8.1 through blueHost to see if it would fix it but it did not change anything.

Bluehost Plugin: by Bluehost – 3.8.3

The first thing that stands out is that the site currently has the Bluehost plugin enabled.

We’ve recently been getting reports of missing emails or phone numbers when customers place orders, and we’re narrowed this down to happening when the Bluehost plugin is enabled and “Default to customer shipping address” is being used in the shipping options.

To check can you temporarily deactivate the Bluhost plugin and see if this resolves the issue?

If the issue is still present, can you also temporarily deactivate the WPCode Lite: by WPCode – 2.1.7 plugin and see if this makes any difference?

This also happened to us. Email, Shipping info was missing from the page and customers couldn’t checkout. Disabling bluehost plugin fixed this. Who knows how many orders were lost due to this conflict.

I am experiencing a similar problem. I have created a custom checkout page using ShopEngine. The email form input is missing from the billing info in the checkout page in the browser (it is present in the Elementor editor). When I try to submit payment (in test mode), I receive a "billing email required" error message. However, there is no place to submit the email. I have tried disabling plugins with no success. Everything is updated. I am pasting the status report and error logs for WooCommerce below (apologies for the long post). Thank you for your help.
