Email address issue on chatbot

    If some one ask for an contact email address bot will replay like that “any inquiries or support by sending an email to [email protected] They will be able to assist you further.“

    not understand why [email protected] given?

    can you please help me to solve this?

    Hey @devworlds,

    It looks like that message is from OpenAI. When you look at the logs, do you see this same message or an actual email?

    Also, do you have any plugins that hide emails for safety?

    Yes, i see same message on console. i don’t use any email hide plugin.

    Here i have saved bot message on browser storage there also same –{“sender”:”bot”,”message”:”Certainly, you can reach out to Revent for any inquiries or support by sending an email to [email protected] They will be able to assist you further.”,”timestamp”:1692172424061}
