Email Address Problems

  • We experienced a new issue yesterday and need your help. Fast Secure Form would not send a form to a particular email address, but it would send to other emails. As a result, we had to deactivate this plugin and use a different plugin. I need to know why certain emails worked and certain other emails did not work. Also, if a email address did not work, what happened to any forms that may have been sent? Are they lost?

  • Hi can you share what e-mail address server it was you were having problems with. Just need to know the following part @email.com not the full e-mail.

    we were using two different email addresses, one was [email protected] and the other was [email protected]. Neither would work, but they would work with my gmail account as well as my yahoo account.

    Hi can you disable the e-mail address please. The moderators here don’t like people adding e-mail addresses. I just wanted to know the @businesstrainingkits.com. which now I know. Are you using your website e-mail address?
