Email addresses are not exporting to Mailchimp

    Hello,

    I have a slide-in set up to collect emails that is integrated to my mailchimp account but the email addresses are not populating in Mailchimp for the hustle plug-in.

  • Hi @nicolinamarie,

    Do you have any other plugins that are already using Mailchimp connection as such plugins can be conflicting and cause such issues?
    Could you perform a full conflict test by disabling all plugins except for Hustle and switch to default theme to see if subscriptions are properly added to Mailchimp after that.
    If they are then activate them back one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue and we can debug it further from there.

    I suggest doing this test on a staging site, or if you’re doing it on live site make sure to have full backup ready before proceeding.
