Email administrator Arriving in white – CONTENT empty

  • I have the same Problem. The only way to see whats in the email is by looking in to the csv.

    Yes.
    csv working.

    Email admin not work, is white.
    Email user work perfect.

    Try replacing the body of your admin email message with the [ninja_forms_all_fields] shortcode. There was a bug in the remade contact form for 2.8.13, and that step should resolve the issue.

    Yes, that solved it, thanks @jou1! Sure wish the developers of this plugin were listening, testing and would fix it! This is a BIG bug, nearly made me forget about Ninja Forms and use another plugin since this admin notification is CRITICAL.

    This had me confused as well – in addition to above advice – you will need to delete anything that is already there. The theme I use Jobify comes with Ninja and it had a table with fields on it for the Admin Notification. Adding the [ninja_forms_all_fields] without removing the table still resulted in a blank message (as suggested the content was there in the CSV). I deleted the table completely just leaving the [ninja_forms_all_fields] and magically it worked.
