    Hey there billpoker,

    Can you please let me know are you having issues with other emails on your site such as user registration emails for example?

    Also since I’ve seen your other support thread I’m assuming that the Subscription – After expired email is not being sent as you renewed the membership with that user, could this be the case?

    Please let me know ??

    The following emails were sent out (there are multiple of these that get repeated, but I added ‘define( “MS_STOP_EMAILS”, true );’ in wp-config.php and only one of each was sent out):
    “Signup – User account created”
    “Subscription – Before expires”
    “Subscription – Expired”

    The following emails were NOT sent out:
    “Subscription – After expired”
    “Subscription – Renewed”

    From the other thread, even though the membership was eventually renewed, no email was ever sent out.

    Hey again billpoker,

    With regards to plugin sending multiple emails this is actually a bug in the plugin and it is being investigated by our developers.

    Glad you managed to find MS_STOP_EMAILS solution.

    “Subscription – After expired” is not meant to be sent in case membership was renewed but “Subscription – Renewed” should definitely be sent after membership was renewed.

    From watching your other thread the issue could be that it was never properly renewed as it displays as expired.

    Lets try to figure this one in the other thread that you opened.

    Ok thanks, also to note that under the Activites section of the user’s Account page, there are multiple entries which I’m thinking is related to the multiple emails. Eg:

    February 19 (04:50) 4:50 am Membership Free Membership about to finish warning date.

    February 18 (21:31) 9:31 pm Membership Free Membership deactivated

    February 18 (17:00) 5:00 pm Membership Free Membership deactivated

    February 18 (12:57) 12:57 pm Membership Free Membership deactivated

    February 18 (05:01) 5:01 am Membership Free Membership deactivated

    February 17 (04:24) 4:24 am Membership Free Membership about to finish warning date.

    February 15 (03:38) 3:38 am Has signed up to membership Free Membership.

    February 15 (03:38) 3:38 am Has registered.

    When do you think there will be a fix for the multiple emails issue and this multiple activities?

    Hey Bill,

    Multiple emails issue has already been addressed in the premium version of the plugin so the fix will be implemented in the next free version update.
