Email Alert: I don’t receive anymore plug-in update alert

    Hello,

    I didn’t do any changes but, in the last weeks, I stopped to receive email alert for old plug-in to be update.

    I don’t find this option in the ->Email Alert Preferences

    Only in -> Dashboard Notification Options
    I read : Updates Needed (Plugin, Theme, or Core)

    Can you help me?

    With these tools:

    Send a test email from this WordPress server to an email address:
    Send a test activity report email:

    I am able to receive the emails correctly.

    Hey @scarpinoc,

    Which plugins are needing updates? It’s worth noting that if they’re not on the www.ads-software.com repository Wordfence may not be able to determine if an update is available.

    mmm… I think I didn’t explain me well…
    I don’t receive any notification in my e-email when some new update are available to my plug-in…

    I have everything activated (in the Wordfence Notification section).

    Can you help me? Some release ago I was able to receive this kind of notification.
    I didn’t change nothing in the Wordfence senttings by looong time.

    Hey @scarpinoc,

    Ah, I understand now.

    In the Email Alert Preferences section on the All Options page do you have the option Alert me with scan results of this severity level or greater set to Low?

    Also in the Scan Options section on the All Options page do you have the option Scan for out of date, abandoned, and vulnerable plugins, themes, and WordPress versions enabled?

    If those settings all match then can you ask your hosting provider to look in the mail server queue for any undelivered emails.
