    Hello! I am trying to update my e-mail alert preferences (using my admin account) at Wordfence > All Options > Email Alert Preferences.

    I check (or uncheck) the appropriate box, then I click ‘Save Changes’, but the changes won’t save. All of the boxes just revert to the way they were before.

    Can you help?

    This in many cases may be either a database table issue or a plugin conflict.

    Can you please send diagnostics via Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report via Email to wftest @ wordfence dot com — please include your forum username in the second field as well.

    Let me know here when those are sent so I can take a look for you.

    In the meantime, if you are able to temporarily disable other plugins on your site one at a time and try saving the changes on that options page, you may be able to identify a conflicting plugin.

    Thank you! I found a conflict between the “Move Comments” plugin, disabled it, and was able to update my e-mail notification preferences.
