    The emails from my registration, password changes, etc are sending but I am not sending alerts for tickets which are configured to send. Everything else seems to be working fine.

    Hi @johnsislerinfo

    Can you confirm the email settings within Tickets -> Settings -> Emails tab.

    Go through each section and ensure it is configured as you need.

    Also make sure the From Email field contains an email address that your server is allowed to send as.

    Does the Send Test Email button send a test email?

    Another really useful test would be to create a user with an email address that is not on the same hosted platform as your server and domain (i.e. a gmail address). Does that user receive password reset emails?
