*Email all* not working

Hi,

I just purchased premium and placed the following code on my page:

[customer_list product=”‘.$kdid.'” export_csv=”true” email_all=”true” copy=”true” print=”true” search=”true” show_titles=”true” order_status=”wc-completed,wc-processing” order_number=”true” order_date=”true” billing_first_name=”true” billing_last_name=”true” billing_email=”true” billing_phone=”true” order_variations=”true” quantity=”false” limit=”9999″]

Now there is expected output, print / csv and copy is working. But when i click ‘Email all’ an empty arrray is generated in the email ‘To’ field:
