    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! The most common reason for the emails not sending correctly is the grading system not being set to the option needed for your quiz. Can you go to the “Options” tab and verify that the “Which system is this quiz graded on?” is set to “Points”? Next, go to the “Questions” tab and verify that all of your answers have point values assigned to them. Lastly, go to the “Emails” tab and verify that the ranges of points that you entered are indeed achievable with the points that you assigned to the answers.

    If, after all the checks, the emails are still not sending correctly, I will need a temporary admin account so I can debug this further. Please email any credentials and url to [email protected] so you do not display any account information on these public forums.
