Email and Text do not work

  • I have 3 buttons to show at the BOTTOM of the site.

    CALL button works

    Email does NOT WORK – Here is the CODE I used: mailto:[email protected]

    TEXT does not work – Here is the CODE I used: sms:+14062333098

    How do I make them work as expected?

    Hi – thanks for letting me know about your environment. Not sure what that means? Does this mean you visited my site and clicked the buttons on the mobile menu and they work? Does this mean the code I provided above WORKS for you? So there is nothing wrong with my CODE and I should investigate elsewhere?

    Would appreciate some additional feedback on my code for SMS and EMAIL. Why are they not working?
