Email and Web addy to Comment

to try and decrease comment spam, I naturally haver turned on “must post name and address in comment”, only it also includes a Web Site addy field for the commentor to also fill out. This field has been abused by spammers to pollute my site and I would like to eliminate it so it’s just Name and Email to comment, but for the life of me I cannot find a place to adjust that. Help.
