Email are sent but not received

    Hello,

    I have problem with email sending, tested with wp mail logging, all my emails had been sent, but cant be received! But I can receive email notification when a new order been placed, all customers cant receive order information, like refund, complete, reset password.

    How to solve this? should I use SMTP service?
