    Hi!

    I have two topics:

    1. I’d like to deliver an email attachment to each confirmation email.

    I found this solution here:
    https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/fc7f1687b26c7292672ead9f26c4d568#file-functions-php
    But unfortunately, it doesn’t work.

It is important for us that we attach the general terms and conditions to the ticket. Tired topic, but that’s the law.

    2. I created a translation in Loco Translate and it works perfect. But from time to time the translation coming with the plugin got installed, too – and my old translation does not work anymore. I have to delete it – and everything’s fine. But I cannot have a look once a week, if everything is ok.

What can I do with this problem?

Thank you very, very much in advance
    and kind regards

    Michael

    Hi @sinnesfreude,

    Thanks for reaching out!

1- Could you kindly confirm that you replaced attachment ID with the correct one on line 14 of the snippet?

2- I believe the issue you are facing here is the translation files you created are overwritten by plugin updates. If yes, kindly store your translations in a custom location so as to prevent them from being overwritten,

    Hi @masoodak!

Thank you very much for answering.

Of course I changed the attachment ID with the correct one – but unfortunately, without success.

Regarding the location of the translation file, I also chose an individual place:

After updating the translation file, I see this:

As soon as I have performed the translation update, my old translation is gone again. Instead I see a jumble of English and German:

    Hi @sinnesfreude,

Thank you for confirming and the screenshots.

Regarding the attachment issue, I gave the snippet a try on a testing site of mine and it worked. I setup a dummy event with an RSVP and a Ticket and upon getting a copy of each the confirmation emails sent contained a dummy pdf as attachment,

Kindly let me know if you are using Tickets Commerce with Event Tickets? If yes, is it connected to PayPal or Stripe?
