Hello, how are you? Our developer has told us to get in touch with you because we have a critical issue on our website since two days ago.

We send email with a PDF label attached, which is generated by MyParcel. Since yesterday, the label is not being attached and we tested everything: 1) MyParcel is generating the PDFs and placing them in uploads folder; 2) New order email is being sent; 3) The code looks fine

The developer told me that we cannot attach the pdf to emails due to a faulty WooCommerce hook woocommerce_email_attachments

We tested on our staging from December, the PDFs stopped being attached to the new order email there as well.

Are you please able to assist us as we are unfunctional for two days already

We tried to switch the theme and create a manual order, the PDF wasn’t attached in the email – regardless of theme.

I understand that the custom code above that sends an attachment to the email is not working.

This is a fairly complex development topic that would require customization to do it. Since custom coding is outside our scope of support, I am leaving this thread open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.
