Email authentication code does not work

  • Hello,
    I’m trying to setup a two factor authentication for my multisite (wordpress network) but it doesn’t seem to work.

    I activated your plugin in my network and set it up correctly (inside the single user profiles) for different sub-sites but the email, that contains the authentication code, doesn’t reach the user.

    I even use an SMTP plugin configuration to make sure that my sites are able to send emails.

    Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this and make the 2FA effective?
