email author if post rejected

  • Hi,
    Im using WordPress as an article directory and have many authors. Is there a plugin that allows me to send a email explaining why the post was rejected.

    It could have a few ready form email that would encompas the main reasons for rejecting the post.

    I thought that trhis would be a good way to train authors as to what I requires in an article rather than just delete it and they are none the wiser
