Email before Download alternative?

I don’t want to use Email before Download plugin because I can see that it hasn’t been updated in a year.

What I was looking for are checkboxes in the Contact form 7 that will let you check each box for different files you want to download.

After the form is submitted, several links that are selected will appear and you can download your selected files.

Do you have this feature? Is there any way I can learn how to do that in contact form 7 or with alternative methods?
