Email before download: download link error

    Hi,
    I’ve installed email before download 3.1.5, with contact form 7 3.1.1 e download monitor 3.3.5.4 on wordpress 3.3.1.

    All seems works fine, but the download link are incorrect
    wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/download.php?dl=bec85f5d612c3edf028e4ff4b5c20d8

    I don’t know if it’s a .htaccess problem, download.php in the download monitor plugin or everything else.
