Email Before Download no longer works

    I’ve been working on a site recently which I host via pressable. As a part of this, I used the ‘mystagingwesbite’ service to the view the site while I was building it. I installed Email Before Download 3.4 and Download Monitor 1.8. I already had Contact Form 7 (Version 4.2.1) installed.

    While I was building the website on the mystagingwebsite space, the plugins worked a treat and sat in a text widget in the footer of the website. I’m not sure if this is the cause as I haven’t noticed the issue until now, but since changing the URL the plugins no longer work.

    I thought maybe this was because the URLs had now changed and the plugins were still referencing the old URLs. They were referencing these URLs, but changing these didn’t fix anything.

    Any help?

  • try removing the downloads that you uploaded and then uploading them again (remove them in Download MOnitor)
