Email (Beta) Functionality not working

    Hello,

    I tried the new (beta) email functionality but I am facing issues.

    In one site it displays fine, although it does not digest (sent) the emails in the font I have selected (also guys please add a round font family as well like… Century Gothic)

    Now, in another installation I am getting this:

    That is to say no logo, preview options.

    Both sites are on the same set up, php 8.4, MariaDB 11.4.

    This is a known issue in WooCommerce 9.6. Would you, by any chance, be open to testing the just-released WooCommerce 9.7 beta 1? The fonts should properly be applied there, and it also comes with modernized email styles overall. You can download the ZIP file directly from GitHub, or you can use WooCommerce Beta Tester.

    That is to say no logo, preview options.

    The missing components in the second screenshot suggest a Javascript issue. Could you please check if there are any errors logged in the console? Here is a quick guide on how to do that.

    @dimitrisv that error doesn’t seem particularly related to the email settings. Have you tried using the email improvements on a clean installation to see if you can replicate it?

    Alternatively, if you have a website (staging preferably) that I could access to take a look at, that would also be helpful (you can reach out on?www.ads-software.com Slack?to share credentials).

    The disappearance of the new email options in the installation has to do with another plugin.

    In the “Disable Bloat for WordPress & WooCommerce” in the section Marketing Hub I had checked the “Disable Marketing” and this had that impact.

    I installed 6.7 Beta 1 in the beta server but the fonts do not seem to be working at all.

    I will connect on slack to provide you the credentials.
