Email button returns even when Not Allow is set

    I have Email set to ‘Not allow’, and have set #w-email set as display:none !important, and it works.. initially.

    But if you click and pop-up the PDF preview, and use the ‘Original’ radio button, and then click back to the ‘Optimize’ setting, the Email button suddenly returns, and is fully useable.

    How do I positively hide and disable the email option? Unfortunately I must disable the plugin.
